We are on the lookout for a Company Secretary.
This role is integral to the business and the role holder will play a key part as a member of the management team of the bank and is expected to be able to actively contribute to strategic thinking and business debate beyond the immediate area of responsibility. The company secretary willprovide primary responsibility for the effective management of Board and Shareholder and Executive level meetings of the Bank.
