SF Group are looking to recruit a Communications Hub Operative to help support during the busy period ahead. This is an on going temp role in which you will be paid £9ph. 6-6 SHIFTS. This role is based in B18.
– Schedule and manage a rota for third party client locations nationally. – To work from a brief received by your line manager to maintain the effective and efficient operation of the business – To work effectively with a team of 3 others to ensure a seamless effective operational function is delivered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. – To work a shift pattern consisting of a typical ‘4 on 4 off’, between the hours of 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am – To work closely with senior company managers and to take on such responsibilities as directed. – To be the company’s representative and to report on and investigate any breaches of customer satisfaction in terms of our contractual obligations. – To ensure that all checks as to the appropriateness of all licensed front line staff to perform their duties. – To ensure that all tasks, personal or of those you are responsible for, are completed to deadline as required by the business – Ensure appropriate data is recorded and records are maintained as required by the business – To function effectively, acting as the liaison between the company, its departments, site management, and security personnel to ensure continued professionalism. – Deploy Compliance Managers to best effect and with cost effectiveness in mind. – Be in possession of a frontline SIA Door Supervisor’s license or above and have an in-depth understanding of the security Industry and current demands. – To deal directly with customer concerns using your own initiative or at the direction of the senior management team. – Prepare business reports as directed and required by the senior management team. – Give clear, motivating and constructive feedback to employees in order to improve performance levels – To actively promote the business as ‘a preferred security partner of choice’. – To ensure customer complaints are investigated and the results recorded onto a Complaint Report where necessary liaise with the customer, ensuring they are made aware of the progress and actions being taken. – To ensure that all Security Personnel deployed have received assignment training on the first shift of any new assignments, ensure training records are retained. – Be responsible for the company’s lone worker policy ensuring that the procedure is effectively managed with escalation processes followed without delay. – To attend any training courses as and when required by the business
