Commercial Support Officer

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: Up to £23,000

We have an amazing opportunity to join a team responsible for ground-breaking and innovative researched based in the heart of Birmingham. This is a varied position, offering key stakeholder engagement and systems support and the chance to take your career to the next stage.

Key duties:

• Engage with the wider team on queries relating to CRM and project tracking.
• Providing support to achieving the delivery of our commercial strategy focusing on supporting our business development and account management activities.

• Key involvement in internally focused commercial activity enabling the development our infrastructure to support our commercial work.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and liaising with external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collect and undertake simple analysis on customer data to detect trends and inform our stakeholder insights and account management approach.
• Tracking, measuring and reporting on our commercial portfolio.
• Governance and management of the CRM, providing support to our users such as creation and management of users, user profiles, roles, permissions, licenses, training, user guides and general maintenance.

The ideal candidate will:

• Ideally have previous CRM experience- Salesforce would be preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Be driven and self-motivated.
