Job Title: Commercial Building Surveyor

Level: MRICS

Work Location: Birmingham/Midlands   

Salary: £48k – £52k plus car, bonus and benefits to start asap.

• The role will be based in Birmingham
• Covering projects for national clients, carrying out core commercial building surveying.
• flexible role with the attraction of home working.
• Ideally applicant should have some knowledge of Residential Surveying andMustbe MRICS qualified.
• Have a good commercial building surveying background – dilapidation, schedule of conditions etc
• More emphasis on qualityof work than quantity.

• Flexible working (would suit family person, hours can be worked around schooling – package tailored to suit individual needs)
