This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work closely with our Home Manager. You’ll use your hands-on clinical leadership skills to manage a staff team and play a lead role in the daily running of the nursing units. You’ll support and mentor your team ensuring they have the training to deliver the highest possible standards of person-centred care.

This role would suit an existing Clinical Lead seeking a new challenge or someone looking for career progression to step up into a Clinical Lead position.

Longer term there is good opportunity for you to develop your career further within the Belsize Healthcare group. We will also provide you with support for revalidation and ongoing CPD training.

You will be an enthusiastic and pro-active Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and the ability to lead and mentor staff.

Days – 44hr per week
