A fantastic opportunity to join one of the insurance industries most recognisable names in their commercial claims division as a Claims Relationship Executive.

As a Claims Relationship Executive you will develop close relationships with a bank of clients focusing on managing their needs and supporting them through the claims process both pre claim through risk management and post claim to ensure the process is managed effectively. You will gain a full understanding of clients business structure and their requirements to offer an exceptional level of service.

You will build a taylor made claims programme based on the individual clients needs and requirements ensuring that their key contact has a full understanding throughout the process. You will also attend claims review meetings and new business meetings alongside Account Executives to showcase your unique offering.

You will maintain a technical claims knowledge to offer support on complex claims matters and relevant issues. It will be key to keep abreast with market updates and attend industry events.

To be considered you must have extensive commercial claims experience with exposure to relationship management. This is a role that will be predominantly home based with a requirement to come in to either the Birmingham of London Office a couple of times per week.
