Our client a bridging lender offering short term finance solutions have an opportunity for a Case Manager to join their growing business.
As a Case Manager working for this principal lender your key responsibilities will include:
Manage a pipeline of cases in a fast-paced environment dealing with workflows and prioritising accordingly.
Liaising with brokers to assist in obtaining the required documents and supporting information to expedite the completion of loan applications
Manage expectations and deadlines whilst providing an excellent service that encourages repeat business
Dealing with broker queries and keeping brokers up to date with the progress of their applications.
Preparing HOT’s, AIP’s and other documentation
Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system
Liaising with Underwriting and Credit as necessary
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Obtaining property information and valuation quotes
Dealing with AML and carrying out initial searches
Communicate effectively with other departments as required.
Ad hoc administration and projects
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers alike.
Ensure communication between internal departments and with external partners is clear and concise at all times.
Update all internal systems as required.
Skills required for this role will be a can-do attitude, experience in dealing with a high-volume workflow and prioritising accordingly, excellent numeracy skills and an ability to create strong relationships with key stakeholders and third parties.
