Call Centre Advisor
Currently recruiting for experienced call centre/transport co-ordinators to work for a well established client based in south Birmingham.
Call Centre Advisor position is paying a competitive salary, working Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm with occasional overtime. Working with in a fantastic team environment and nice fresh building. This role is a mixed with outbound and inbound calls, speaking to customers and drivers
This is a fast paced environment where everyday is different, you must be able to multi task and cope under pressure. Previous conflict and complaint handling would be preferred to manage my clients customers and drivers.
Responsibilities of the role: Call Centre Advisor
Build excellent working relationships with drivers and customers
Co-ordinate breakdowns and keep customer aware of delays
Outbound calls to customer booking in vehicles for repair/service ready to be moved to auction house
Keep all departments up to date with any issues or delays and manage customer expectation to achieve service level.
Quality administration, keeping all departments up to date
To be aware of individual drivers skills and abilities
Deal with any driver or customer dissatisfaction
Ensure all work on the system is planned and allocated
Other ad-hoc duties
