A Business Improvement Manager (Black Belt) position has just become available, within a well-established manufacturing business. Located near the Birmingham area, this company is looking for a professional that can help deliver end to end operations excellence, helping to build an even more efficient and profitable work place.

Responsibilities for the role include –
Deliver large scale business improvement projects, influencing stakeholders at Exec level.
Use the relevant Quality tools to analyse current processes on-site and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure that the required quality, time frames and budgets are adhered to.
Use software such as Minitab and Microsoft Project to monitor data and provide full traceability.
Mentor staff with the use of problem solving tools and lean techniques.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify potential risks and identify areas of improvement.We would love to hear from you if you’ve had experience in the following –
Delivering Black Belt Sigma projects, within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to use and demonstrate the use of Quality tools such as RCA, 5S, 5Y, Ishikawa, SPC.
Ability to use software such as Excel and Minitab to a good level.
Engineering, or relevant education within a technical division (Six Sigma Black Belt Level).Benefits include –
