There is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a leading commercial building and cost consultancy practice to the property and construction industry.

Due to substantial business growth the team in Birmingham are seeking an experienced APC Building Surveyor, or recently chartered Surveyor, with an ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit. You will be part of a busy team heavily involved in servicing an exciting and diverse workload across many sectors; this will include a mixture of project work and professional services such as dilapidations.

Commercial experience is important as well as excellent technical knowledge and all round competence. You must be an excellent communicator, confident in a client facing role.
