Building Estimator – £55,000 – Birmingham – Top 10 Contractor

My client are a leading national main contractor that currently turnover approximately £5 Billion. They work within a variety of different sectors and are experiencing a sustained period of growth. They have a number of regional offices throughout the UK and the Birmingham region currently has a turnover of £40M for the construction arm alone.

They tender schemes from £1M to £50M and the sectors they work in Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Mixed Use and Leisure. They are keen to increase turnover and as they are part of a number of large frameworks have secured an order book well into 2018.

They are looking for an Estimator who can work within a team of three. If you have contracting experience and are keen to work for one of the countries largest contractors this could be the opportunity for you.

Your Respnsibilities
As an estimator within the commercial team you will be reporting directly in to the Commercial Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender packages for projects ranging from £1M
to £50M in value.

The ideal candidate will be keen to progress and further their career by advancing to Managing Estimator once established and successfully delivered.
