My client, a small, Birmingham based Consultancy company are currently expanding their work force due to taking on large projects.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in the Birmingham office on a permanent basis.

The nature of the projects includes;
-Commercial
-Leisure
-Residential Sectors

The package includes a £40-50k salary based upon experience,
Company car
Pension Scheme

The ideal candidate will be from a commercial sector background,
Hold a BSc Degree (Quantity Surveying)
Experience working on projects that exceed £1 million
