Children’s of Alabama – Birmingham, AL – Job Summary The primary focus of the Benefits/HRIS Analyst is the support and maintenance of the Benefits Module of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Under minimal supervision, this individual will serve as the technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert (SME) for all Benefit applications, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
