Senior/Associate M+E Consultant – Birmingham

Due to the continued success of their Birmingham office, this global firm of construction consultants are seeking a Services Consultant to carry out professional and project work.

The role will involve the completion of inspections and surveys, design specifications and contract administration of projects within a diverse property portfolio and sector range.

This role would suit highly motivated individuals with an outgoing and charismatic personality looking to further their career in a growing team as part of a multi-disciplined global organisation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or a similar accredited course.
b) Minimum 5 years post qualified experience in delivering services consultancy.
c) Preferably Chartered Member of the Engineering Council or similar
d) Professional services experience with particular emphasis on Contract Administration, Design Specifications, Data Capture, Dilapidations, and Conditions Surveys all relating to the services aspect of a property.
e) Have particular working experience of Compliance/Energy/ and Sustainability in regards to services engineering, and provide strategic and project level advice on these subjects.
e) Previously employed by or can demonstrate significant work experience with a consultancy or end user client.
f) candidate must have good client /stakeholder management skills to that level expected of a senior professional.
g) Candidate must be both service and sector focused and expected to deliver a quality service on all commissions
