A successful, passionate and professional Construction Consultancy, based in the heart of Birmingham, is now looking for a highly experienced Associate Director to join their hardworking Quantity Surveying department.

The successful indvidual will come from a Quantity Surveying background, bring an abundance of confidence with their technical ability and be willing to support several members of aspiring Quantity Surveyors.

The Associate Director will be joining a team with over 75 years combined experience, fulfiling project duties within Commercial, Residential, Sport & Leisure, Retail and Residential sectors.

The person

Coming from a strong Quantity Surveying background, you will be in a Senior Quantity Surveyor position and currently making managerial and commercial decisions. Alternatively, currently placed as an Associate Director looking for a new opportunity with a new company.

You will have experience within multiple sectors, with ranges from £500K – £40M. Currently the practise have projects within the Commercial, Education and Retail markets.

You will have taken on responsiblities to promote a positive work environment, demand personal progression and provide quality services.

In addition to offering Quantity Surveying duties, you be required to meet with clients, ensure project progression continues and support junior members of the team.

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Ideally MRICS
• Build sector experience
• 10 years Cost Consultancy experience
