Do you have Plant Management experience? Are you a Senior Plant Engineer, looking to step-up into a part office-based management position, whilst maintaining your reputation as the go-to Maintenance Engineer?

This is a highly autonomous role, where you will deputise the Site Manager and manage the site in their absence. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead planned and reactive maintenance, supervising a highly-skilled team of 4-5 Maintenance Engineers and developing them as you see fit.

This role suits a Senior Plant Engineer, looking to climb the company ladder towards management and develop their skillset.
