An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join their successful team.
The Assistant Contracts Manager Role
As Assistant Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for helping to deliver building and refurbishment projects that range £500k – £3million in value, keeping close contact with the client along the way to ensure that great customer satisfaction is achieved.
Project delivery on site
Ability to effectively programme site works
Managing the client relationship and developing long term partnerships
Put in place Health & Safety plans
Motivating and inspiring teams
Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
Able to deal with design issues as they arise
Liaise with Sub-Contractors and ensure works are carried out with minimum deficiencies
Ensure all works are carried out to budget and completed on timePrevious experience within running projects of this size would be advantageous.
This role may be ideal for a site or project manager looking to take the step into contracts management.
