T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join our Client on a permanent basis in Coalville.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to join a small friendly team, working for a Company who have recently had significant growth.

Assistant Accountant Job Details;

• £22-24k per annum
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Permanent
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• Free Parking

Assistant Accountant Role & Responsibilities include;

• Processing and posting of supplier invoices/credits
• Preparation of monthly payment runs/interim foreign payments
• Monthly nominal reconciliations
• Cash book management and weekly bank reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly management accounts/accruals & prepayment/balance sheet control accounts
• Maintenance of Sales Ledger/Credit Control and Cash allocation
• VAT returns
• Expense analysis & Company credit card reconciliation
• All other associated tasks as required by the Finance Team Leader

Person Specification;

• AAT Level 3 Qualified
• Strong working experience with SAGE 200 is preferred
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A good team player
