Immediate requirement for my client in Birmingham who are currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to work with them on an ongoing contract position.

The client is looking for the candidate to have a technically strong background and to have worked on large schemes. Due to several new projects, starting over the next couple of weeks this client is looking for someone to join their office imminently.

The successful applicant should have the following requirements:

* AutoCAD + Revit proficiency.
* Industrial or Commercial project experience.
* Job running experience advantage.

This established practice is working on large design schemes, projects you could expect to work on: – Industrial, commercial, retail etc.
