We have a new Application Support role for a well-established, niche market ERP software company based between Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield. This would suit a bright, enthusiastic Support Analyst or Application Support specialist looking to work in a vertical market with fabulous software, a great boss and a well-rounded team of consultants. Salary is dependent on your level of experience so ranges from £24k to £30k plus benefits.
Their intuitive, fully integrated and easy to use ERP software has been developed specifically for the manufacturing and supply chain sector, and after 20 years in business they have an impressive client list and an excellent reputation. The software is built on a .Net and SQL Server platform and uses the latest technology.
The busy team of 7 Application Support Consultants work with an additional 5 people in the technical services team, providing a superb level of customer support to the client base of over 300 companies.
The software support team work on telephone calls and also get a lot of support tickets through the online portal, and it is a busy, lively, fun but professional environment.
You will need to have Application Support experience ideally with ERP or manufacturing / supply chain software experience, but they are very open minded and will look at Application Support people with CRM Support, or HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Legal Software, Dealer Management, Automotive, Property Management, Pensions, Insurance or similar software areas.
Obviously you will be confident on the phone, a good communicator and problem solver and you will have a passion for providing the client with the best possible service and a quick resolution to their software problems.
