An International Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy based in central Birmingham with close access to close to snow hill station are seeking a self-sufficient Project Manager to join them at an extremely exciting time for the company.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Acquisition Project Manager with experience within the Leisure and Licenced sector.
The successful Project Manager will be joining an organisation at the forefront of the industry in disciplines including Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying.
Having managed to grow during the downturn, this Consultancy are now well placed to capitalise on their reputation, expanding client base and position in the industry.
The knowledgeable Project Manager will be closely supporting the clients Acquisition Manager and you will be required to provide technical and Commercial due diligence in the acquisition stage of each New-build Site – some of the duties will include:
Site Technical Assessment
Risk Identification and Mitigation
Establishing abnormal development costs
Negotiation CostsYou will be reporting to the programme manager who can offer 25 years of industry experience and knowledge and is fully supportive of placing you through your APC to achieve MRICS status.
You will possess a Construction related degree or MSc (ideally MRICS but not essential)
The successful Project Manager will be intelligent, well-informed and be comfortable performing client facing duties and an innovative individual.
Your current experience must cover Leisure and/or licensed sector and you must understand Consultancy processes.
£40,000 – £50,000 pa (DOE)
