Thrive at work is a workplace wellbeing programme which is funded through the Midlands Health Productivity Pilot (MHPP) and aims to engage organisations in signing up to the programme and follow a framework to accreditation. As our Accreditation Coordinator, you ll be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Thrive at Work programme within the WMCA and beyond, primarily focusing on workplace health and wellbeing. You ll carry out accreditation assessments which involves activities such as, reviewing the evidence supplied, interview staff to verify evidence and writing summary reports. You ll be a trusted advisor, giving 1-1 support, helping organisations navigate the accreditation process and giving constructive feedback. You ll be part of a passionate team who recruit, support and assess organisations through their journey to improve the health of their employees and to gain the recognition of that through moving from Foundation to Gold accreditation levels. About you We re looking for someone who can support organisations through an employee wellbeing accreditation programme. To do this, you ll have experience of providing solutions in HR and employee wellbeing practices. You ll be comfortable talking to senior managers and organisations about what good looks like, providing constructive feedback, able to build and maintain good relationships and have a good up to date understanding of employment law and workplace health issues. Essential experience of: Working with businesses particularly in the field of HR and/or employee wellbeing Facilitating and organisation of events Supporting/giving advice and solutions in HR and wellbeing practices Building and maintaining relationships with organisations and diverse stakeholders Essential Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Good knowledge of workplace health issues and interventions and the key agencies with the health arena Background or relevant work experience in HR practices and workplace health A good understanding of employment law around health and safety at work and discriminatory practices Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy Intermediate IT skills, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work flexibly and remotely within a team Self-motivated and able to perform at high standards with own knowledge and experience whilst seeking to learn and develop Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Motivated and determined to achieve results Excellent verbal, presentational and written communication skills. Excellent information technology skills to record, analyse and present information, and prepare written material with meticulous attention to detail Comfortable to build relationships with organisations and diverse stakeholders
