Our prestigious client in Birmingham city centre are currently looking for a 3 Arabic Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team immediately

This is a great opportunity to join a company and full training will be given.

Duties to include:

• Calling to book appointments for events
• Inputting information onto an in house database
• Checking all information is accurate
• Updating database

Key Skills:

• Speaking fluent Arabic
• Good customer service skills – both oral and written
• Proficient IT skills required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday

6.00am – 2.00pm

Salary:

£9.00 per hour
