Based on growth, our client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit 12 Call Centre ( Inbound ) Advisors.

You will start on a salary of £ 21, 900 but there is lots of progression and within 18 months – 2 years you may have the opportunity to move into a Senior Customer Service Advisor where the starting salary if £ 30,900.
Duties to include:
Handling incoming calls regarding complex queries
Identifying client needs and advising on various solutions
Delivering specialist advice and support
Following up initial support with detailed written communication
Liaising professionally with internal and external clients
Key Skills:
Experience of working within a busy call centre is ideal but not essential
Be resilient, positive and enthusiastic
Maintain an excellent standard of client care in a high pressure environment
Salary:
£ 21, 900
Hours of Work:
35 hours per week – Monday – Friday
Week 1 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Week 2 – 9:15 am – 5:15 pm
Week 2 – 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Week 3 – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Week 4 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
You will need to work 1 Saturday morning in every 4 ( 9:00 am – 1:00 pm ) and you can take this time off in lieu or add it onto your holiday entitlement.
