We have an amazing opportunity to join our expanding client who is a multi award winning business.
They are looking for 10 customer service advisors to join their expending team.
The successful candidates will have strong communication skills with experience of working within a customer focussed environment.

Duties to include:
Handling incoming enquiries over the telephone, via email and online
Providing and supporting individual customers
Handling any queries and complaints
Resolving any issues
Providing quotations
Advising customers on various products
Updating systems with accurate information.
Key Skills:
Experience of working within a customer focused environments
Excellent communication skills – by phone and email
Hours of Work:
Full Time – 37.5 hours a week working on a shift rota basis:
9:00 am – 5:30 pm
9:30 am – 6:00 pm
10:30 am – 5:30 pm
Working 2 Saturdays per month – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with a day off in the week.
Salary:
£ 20,000 ( after 4 weeks training your salary will increase to £ 21,500 )
