Description

• Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into financial systems.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
• Respond to internal and external queries about financial data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Support ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as required.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Assistant should have:

• Experience in accounting or finance tasks within a professional setting.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• A good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.

Job Offer

• An hourly pay rate of £15.00-£20.00, dependent on the level of experience.
