Your new companyYou will be working as a Personal Assistant for a government organisation who promotes and contributes to high quality, audited, financial transparency within businesses. You will work directly at c-suite level within the business, ensuring all PA duties are carried out to the highest standard. Your new roleAs Personal Assistant to Senior Directors within the organisation, you will be responsible for managing diaries, coordinating meetings, managing all email communication for the Directors, tracking deadlines, drafting responses, issues crucial letters, and screening phone calls. You will be a main point of contact for the Directors and manage all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of the daily management of the organisation. This Personal Assistant role may require you to take a more senior stance within the business for which you have the option of applying for upon application stage. This Personal Assistant role will require you to build strong communications, plan and chair meetings on a regular basis. You will coordinate all PA requirements and support administrators in their roles where required. You will work with the whole PA community and lead projects on strategy and change within the business. This additional requirement would come with a slight increase in salary, although the starting salary for the PA role is non-negotiable. What you’ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must have relevant and recent experience of supporting senior Directors as a Personal Assistant over an extensive period. Ideally, you will come from a financial services background and be able to adapt quickly to this organisation. You will be a confident Personal Assistant and able to put your methods and practices at the front of the row to ensure you succeed within your role. You must be an excellent communicator and able to manage any stakeholder. What you’ll get in returnThis role offers an annual salary of £37,000 (non-negotiable) and a competitive package including an excellent annual leave entitlement, generous pension contribution and a strong work/life balance ethos which is at the heart of their core values. Please note, as mentioned above, the second more Senior PA requirement with coordination responsibility will offer an annual salary of £37,000 + a slight increase due to increased responsibility.
