We’re supporting a leading UK infrastructure organisation with the appointment of an experienced HR Manager to lead workforce planning and resourcing delivery across a major transformation programme.

This role is ideal for a senior HR or Resourcing professional with a background in recruitment who has progressed into workforce planning, HR delivery, or resourcing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workforce and resourcing plans.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand and address hiring and resource challenges.
• Lead workforce planning activity across a large-scale organisational change programme.
• Analyse HR and resourcing data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Produce clear reports and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved through effective project management.

About You

• Previous experience in an HR Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, Head of Resourcing, or similar role.
• Strong project management and delivery planning skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Confident analysing and interpreting workforce data.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Experience using Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Public sector or infrastructure/construction experience would be advantageous.
